Training Course in Project Management – PM
Project management is associated with the activity and process of planning, motivating, organizing and controlling procedures, resources and protocols in order to gain particular goals. Each project needs specific plans and goals to complete on time and to maintain quality. PM is a rigorous 3 months training where students learn the skills and techniques of project activities. How to handle a project, integration, team work, budget and on time results are taught in the course. All the 5 elements of project management are covered—initiating, planning, executing, control and monitor and closing. Knowledge of managing risks is also covered in the course.
